Soak soya in luke warm water for 15 minutes. After this squeeeze and cut them in centre.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the soyas until it becomes brownish. And keep aside.
In the same pan,pour the left over oil and heat it,to this add the chopped onions,ginger,garlic,tomatoes and saute well.
To this add all the powders and top it well,and allow to cool.
After cooled grind it well in a mixer grinder.
Boil this mix in water along with desired amount of salt.
Add the fried soyas to it and cook it in low flame for 5 minutes.
Add the badam paste and curryleaves and make it to boil and take out of flame.
Soya Masala Curry is ready to be served.
