Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gms soya


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 tsp ginger(chopped)


  • 1 tsp garlic(chopped)


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp chilly powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp badam paste(soaked badam made into paste)


  • 2 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 tsp salt some to taste


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • Soak soya in luke warm water for 15 minutes. After this squeeeze and cut them in centre.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the soyas until it becomes brownish. And keep aside.
  • In the same pan,pour the left over oil and heat it,to this add the chopped onions,ginger,garlic,tomatoes and saute well.
  • To this add all the powders and top it well,and allow to cool.
  • After cooled grind it well in a mixer grinder.
  • Boil this mix in water along with desired amount of salt.
  • Add the fried soyas to it and cook it in low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Add the badam paste and curryleaves and make it to boil and take out of flame.
  • Soya Masala Curry is ready to be served.
